How to Join

Thank you for considering joining Hibiscus Women of South Naples (HWSN). Below is our application for HWSN membership. Each line with an asterisk must be completed. Please complete the form and click submit at the end. If you don't receive an email shortly thereafter, you didn't complete the necessary lines.

Once complete, your application will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and then our Membership Vice President will contact you via email with next steps.

Our Bylaw requirements are:

Live on Pine Ridge Road or south of Pine Ridge Road
Have a Florida Driver's license or Florida Voter registration card
Complete and submit an application
Attend a Club Orientation - where we familiarize you with our website and club information
Pay a one-time initiation fee of $50
Pay annual dues of $50, prorated for when you join
Attend 5 General Business Meetings (prorated for when you join) at a current cost of $40 each, held on the first Thursday of the month
Coordinate, host an activity or serve on the Board of Directors in a given year
After your first General Business Meeting, if this club is not for you we refund your Orientation Fees and Annual Dues. The GBM/Luncheon is not refunded, since you attended the GBM/Luncheon.

RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF HIBISCUS WOMEN OF SOUTH NAPLES:

In consideration of the Hibiscus Women of South Naples allowing my participation in the Club, I release and waive all liability claims or demands, due to any cause, including negligence of any type, against the Club, its Officers, Board of Directors, Members and those acting for the Club (hereinafter collectively "Parties being Released"), for any injury, damage, expense, loss of any kind, including death, sustained by reason of my, my family's, or my guest(s) involvement in Club meetings, events, bus trips, activities, including involvement at the home of a Member or carpooling (hereinafter collectively Activities).

I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Parties being Released from any liability for any injury of any person(s), damage to property, and/or death that may result from negligence of any type by the Parties being Released or by my negligent or intentional acts or omission while taking part in any of the Activities. I agree to follow the Bylaws of the Club. I have an active Florida Driver's License or Voter's Registration Card.

I further agree to the use of photographs taken at any Club activity or event to be published on our website, flyers or presentations.
