Hibiscus Women of South Naples (HWSN) encourages and fosters friendship, personal growth, camaraderie and lots of fun. The organization was founded on January 1, 2023, with the explicit goal of creating a space where members can connect with other South Naples women to enjoy all that the city has to offer, as well as new activities initiated by the club.  Our club is open to women who are Florida residents and live South of Pine Ridge Road with an application and Board of Directors’ approval. Members come from all walks of life, hail from many different geographic locations, and are both single and married.  Current offerings include: 

• Luncheons/General Business Meetings held at area venues on the 1st Thursday of the month

• Morning Brew and Talk held at a member’s home

• Hibiscus Social held at a restaurant (Couples and Singles welcome)

• Let’s Party held at a member’s home (Couples and Singles welcome)

• Girls on the Go – a happy hour gathering at a local restaurant 

• Games: Five Crowns Cards, Mahjong, Mexican Train and Super Samba Canasta

Our members are encouraged to suggest ideas and to make proposals about any additional activities and events of interest.

 

Our requirements are:

• Live on Pine Ridge Road or south of Pine Ridge Road
• have a Florida Driver's license or Florida Voter registration card
• complete and submit an application
• attend a Club Orientation - where we familiarize you with our website and club information
• pay a one-time initiation fee of $50
• pay annual dues of $50, prorated for when you join
• attend 5 General Business Meetings (prorated for when you join) at a current cost of $40 each, held on the first Thursday of the month
• coordinate, host an activity or serve on the Board of Directors in a given year
• After your first General Business Meeting, if this club is not for you we refund your Orientation Fees and Annual Dues.  The GBM/Luncheon is not refunded, since you attended the GBM/Luncheon.
